Indigenous Skills & Employment Training (ISETS)

Indigenous Skills & Employment Training (ISETS) Objective: “…help close the employment and earning gaps between Indigenous and non-Indigenous people, with a stronger focus on training for higher quality, better paying jobs rather than rapid re-employment, as well as assisting clients to gain greater skills and find jobs that will support their long-term career success”... 

Members of Caldwell First Nation may qualify for funding through the employment and training department in the above programs. 
​*Processing applications for funding can take up to 30 days, so be sure to submit your application well in advance of the start date for training or a job placement. Funding is limited.*
​Caldwell First Nation offers Employment and Training services to the general public that can be accessed for free. Employment and Training services available to everyone needing assistance in the following areas:

  • Resume Writing
  • Cover Letter Writing
  • Interview Preparation
  • Employment Counselling
