Grade Reporting for Current Students
Grade reports are required at the end of each semester. In addition, updated documentation for the upcoming term—including your course registration and tuition fee statement—must be submitted. Please send all documentation via email to [email protected].
Please note: Failure to submit your grade report will result in a suspension of your monthly living allowance.
If you do not intend to continue your studies for any reason, you must notify our office prior to the next monthly allowance deposit date to avoid delays or complications.

Adding and Dropping Courses
Students receiving financial assistance through Caldwell First Nation Post-Secondary Program are asked to seek guidance from the Post-Secondary Education Coordinator prior to adding and/or dropping courses during or after a semester has started.
